jetlift Aviation Logistics provides airfreight, cargo, logistics, and related services. The specific terms and conditions for each service will be outlined in the agreements or contracts signed at the time of service provision.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account information and are liable for any activity conducted under your account.
You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and international air cargo standards while using our Services.
You agree not to ship prohibited or restricted items, including but not limited to hazardous materials, live animals, and counterfeit goods, unless otherwise permitted by law and agreed upon in advance.
4. Payment Terms
Payment for Services must be made according to the terms outlined in the service contract.
jetlift reserves the right to withhold or terminate Services in the event of non-payment or breach of payment terms.
Late payments may incur interest and administrative fees, as specified in the service contract.
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Limitation of Liability
jetlift will take reasonable steps to ensure the secure and timely delivery of your cargo. However, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, labor strikes, or customs delays.
jetlift disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Cargo insurance is available upon request and must be agreed upon prior to shipment. Without insurance, liability will be limited as per the applicable international conventions or agreed service terms.
6. Force Majeure
jetlift is not liable for failure or delay in performance resulting from events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to weather disruptions, natural disasters, pandemics, or governmental actions.
7. Cargo Inspections and Security Compliance
jetlift complies with all aviation security regulations and reserves the right to open and inspect cargo as required by authorities.
Customers must provide accurate documentation for customs clearance, and jetlift will not be responsible for any fines or delays due to incomplete or incorrect documentation.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property related to jetlift are the exclusive property of jetlift Aviation Logistics. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
9. Privacy

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States.

13. Liability for Dangerous Goods
jetlift does not accept liability for the transport of dangerous goods unless explicitly agreed in writing and in full compliance with IATA and ICAO regulations.
Any undeclared dangerous goods found in shipments will result in immediate termination of services, potential legal action, and the return or disposal of such goods at the customer’s expense.
14. Claims and Complaints
Claims for lost or damaged cargo must be submitted in writing within the timeframes specified by the applicable international convention (e.g., Montreal Convention) or as outlined in the service agreement.
jetlift will not consider claims submitted outside the specified claim period.
15. Customer Warranties
By using our Services, you warrant that your shipment complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and air cargo restrictions. You also warrant that all documents provided are accurate and complete.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold jetlift harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms or any applicable law, including shipping restricted or prohibited items.
